Bachelor of Science was established in the academic year 1953-54 with a Combination of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in Telugu Medium and now it is under aided stream.
B.Sc. with English Medium was started in the academic year 2003-2004 and another section in the same Medium is started from the academic year 2005-2006 under self-finance programme.
It is a 3 year course and the exams will be conducted at the end of every year.
Telugu Medium and English Medium sections consists of 60 and 30 seats respectively for every class. The University enhances the student intake up to extra 25% of seats from time to time on demand in each section.
The college itself makes admissions on open merit by following the Reservation criteria.
