The College started the 2 year Pre-University course from the academic year 1950-51 and developed with eight combinations of optional subjects. In accordance with a new pattern of education the college started the new 2 year Intermediate course from the academic year 1969-70.

It is a Composite College and the following are Permanent Aided Teaching Staff Members for both Intermediate and Degree (B.Sc.(MPC), B.Sc.(CBZ), BA and B.Com. only) Courses.
